Please read the Meeting Spaces page on BCL's website and our Meeting Room Use Policy. By using our meeting rooms, you agree to follow these terms of use and to share them with other members of your group.
- Must be age 18+ to reserve spaces other than Study Rooms.
- Study Rooms and most meeting spaces are not sound-proof. Please be considerate.
- Study rooms can be booked for immediate use if not already reserved. Other meeting spaces must be reserved with a minimum of 48 hours notice. All study rooms and meeting spaces can be reserved a maximum of 60 days in advance.
- Any rental fees must be paid in advance. For information, call 920-448-5807 or -5809 or see pages 3-4 of our Policy.
- Plan ahead for your room set-up and audiovisual needs. Library staff typically are not available to assist at the time of your event.
- Select your set-up and take-down time when you make your reservation. If longer than one hour is needed, adjust your reservation start and/or end times.
- If you have reserved spaces in the lower level of the Central Library, please ask the Circulation Services desk on the first floor of the library for access upon your arrival.
- Organizers and attendees cannot enter earlier than, or stay later than, their reservation time. You must be present in the reserved space; please do not leave the area unattended. If reservations holders are not in the reserved space within 15 minutes of the start time, the reservation may be forfeited.
- Bring your own dollies or carts if needed to haul items.
- Enter and exit the building using public entrances.
- You will receive an email acknowledging your request and a second email confirming whether your reservation is approved within 7-10 days.
- If you have questions or would like an appointment to view meeting spaces in advance, please contact the library at which you wish to make the reservation.
