Gain an understanding of the scope of veteran suicide and how to act with care and compassion if you identify a Veteran who is in crisis or having thoughts of suicide. Learn the important steps in suicide prevention - Signs, Ask, Validate, and Encourage and Expedite (S.A.V.E.). Presented by Kylene Occhietti, LICSW, Suicide Prevention Coordinator for the Green Bay VA and Cleveland VA Clinics.
