Baird Creek Explorer Fridays. Bring your little ones to learn about nature during our one hour programs led by Baird Creek Preservation Foundation education staff. The programs will include crafts, a sensory station and movement activities.

Aurora Institute for the Arts is an Appleton-based program that allows young children to try a variety of different musical instruments. This hands-on exploration gives young children an opportunity to start making music.

Reading is more fun with friends- and this summer you can read to a furry friend!  Find Pearl, a certified service Golden Retriever and her handler, Kelly, in the Children's Area on Friday mornings.

Brown County Librarians and Barkhausen staff will host an interactive StoryWalk® experience! Enjoy both reading and the outdoors while following the pages of the StoryWalk® installed on panels along a park trail. Rain or shine.

Pigeon loves storytime and summer reading! Sign up for our Summer Reading Program, listen to stories, and take pictures with Pigeon during this special Friday edition of storytime.

Lunch truck arrives weekdays at 11:05 am*  Wednesday, June 11 - Friday, August 15  (NO lunch June 30 - July 4)   

The Central, East, and Southwest Libraries are in neighborhoods served by the Green Bay Area Public Schools’ Summer Lunch Program. Kids ages 1-18, can get a free, healthy box lunch. Adults can purchase a lunch for $5.50.

Enjoy a variety of the area's best food truck offerings all summer long! Grab something to eat and enjoy your lunch in sunny downtown Green Bay. Food trucks will be located in the library parking lot.
