Celebrate the new East Branch at this ceremonial groundbreaking. Speakers include Brown County Executive Troy Streckenbach, Brown County Library Executive Director, Sarah Sugden, Brown County Board of Supervisors Patrick Buckley and John Van Dyck, and others involved with the project, as well as an East side resident and library user. Refreshments will be served.
