Community of Care: Foster Care 101

If you are interested in becoming a foster parent, or are new to fostering and seeking connections with others in Brown County, attend this informational session to learn more about foster care and the needs of children in the Green Bay community.

• Current foster parents will share their experiences, answer questions, and discuss what inspired them to open their homes.
• Courtney Thorne, Foster Care Recruiter & Coordinator with Brown County Health & Human Services, will provide an overview of the licensing process and highlight volunteer opportunities for those who wish to support foster care in other ways.

This session offers an opportunity to gain valuable insight, ask questions, and explore how you can make a meaningful difference in the lives of children.
