This fourth annual event features education and fun for adults and kids!
- Hands-on activities and information booths: gardening and seed saving topics such as Seed Steward program; One Seed One Community; native wildflowers; Neighbors for Nature; NEW Pollinator Corridor; more!
- Presentations by experts: Seed Starting with Seed Snails (12:15 pm); Fresh Ideas for Salads & Dressings (1:00 pm); Growing & Showing Blue-Ribbon Produce & Flowers (1:45 pm).
- Bring your kids: meet Mother Nature; seed art; paper “helicopter seed” drop; sunflower sprouting; interactive stories; “Guess the Seed” game; microscope explorations; more.
Starting at noon, be among the first to get seeds from the 2026 Brown County Seed Library (BCSL) collection! Choose from veggies, fruits, herbs and some pollinator-friendly native plants, selected for our growing area and available free for home gardeners during Central Library hours.
