Find out if your household is eligible to receive assistance in paying your heat or electric bill. Make an appointment to meet with a representative of Partners for Community Development, the Sheboygan-based non-profit that manages applications for the Wisconsin Home Energy Assistance Program for Brown, Manitowoc, and Ozaukee counties. You can also get help in filling out the application. 

Appointments recommended; walk-ins welcome as time allows.
