This second annual event with education and fun for adults and kids!
- Hands-on activities and booths: gardening and seed saving tips and tricks; Seed Steward program; One Seed One Community; local resources; more!
- 30-minute Presentations by Experts: (12:15 pm) Container Gardening; (1:00 pm) Jumping Worms & Other Invasive Pests; (1:45 pm) Native Plants for Pollinators; (2:00 pm) Growing Tomatoes from Seed.
- Bring your kids: meet Mother Nature; create seed art and seed bombs; enjoy stories; microscope investigations; more!
Starting at noon, be among the first to get seeds from the 2024 Brown County Seed Library (BCSL) collection! This service includes veggies, fruits, herbs and some pollinator-friendly natives, selected for our growing area and available free for home gardeners during Central Library hours.
